Privacy on this website
Website analytics
We use Pallas Signal, our project management system, to understand how people find and use this site. We measure page paths, page views, anonymous visits, referring website domains, campaign tags, mobile or desktop device categories, and selected actions such as assessment clicks, contact clicks, and calculator use.
A random identifier in your browser's session storage groups activity in a tab. A new visit begins after 30 minutes of inactivity; closing the tab clears that storage. We use no analytics cookies or persistent cross-site identifier. If session storage is unavailable, the identifier lasts only for the current page.
Our analytics database does not store raw IP addresses, names, email addresses, form contents, calculator selections, full referring URLs, or session recordings. Website hosts may maintain their own operational and security logs. We honor the browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by turning off this tracker.
Calculator and assessments
The calculator runs in your browser; its answers and estimates are not sent to us. Assessment links open Troveo's website with the referral code ohiotrainingdata. Information you provide there is handled under Troveo's privacy policy. We count the click out to the assessment, not its completion.
